Quality is our speciality.

Fitted joinery for West Midlands homes · designed from scratch, built to last.

I design, make, and fit every piece myself. Whatever room you are planning, I will figure out exactly what belongs there and build it properly. Already working across Edgbaston, Solihull, Kings Heath, Bournville, and Warwick. Call and tell me what you are thinking.

THINK DESIGN BUILD

I'm a thinker, a designer, a problem solver, an artist.

My name is Christian Wallington. I got good with my hands, and I ended up building the things I used to just imagine. Media walls, alcoves, staircases, fitted wardrobes, wine racks, understairs storage · if it is timber and it is going in a house, I can design it, make it, and fit it myself. No middlemen. No handoffs. You deal with me from the first conversation to the day I pack up and leave the site. I take on residential work across the West Midlands, and every job I do is a one-off.

My name is Christian Wallington. I'm a thinker, a designer, a problem solver, an artist, who just so happens to be good with his hand. So I guess I was always going to build the things that I do. I can build them for you. We cover the West Midlands, at least for now. · Christian Wallington · Joinery 1

Questions before you call.

What kind of jobs do you take on?
Pretty much anything in timber going into a house. Media walls, alcove units, fitted wardrobes, understairs storage, wine racks, panelling, seating nooks, staircases, utility rooms, and general carpentry. If it is made-to-measure and it is timber, it is probably something I can do. Commercial spaces too: bars, restaurant interiors, public rooms.
How much does a fitted joinery project cost?
It depends on what you want made and the size of the job. Guide prices on the site run from around £180 for smaller storage jobs up to £4,500 and above for larger fitted works. Labour is £30 per hour. The best way to get a number that actually means something is to tell me what you are planning and where the job is. I will give you a straight answer.
Do you do the work yourself or bring in other tradespeople?
I do it myself. All of it. That is the whole point of calling me rather than a larger outfit. You talk to one person, that person does the work, and if anything needs adjusting during the job you call me · not a site manager or an office.
What is the process from first call to finished job?
You call, we talk through what you want. I come to the space, measure up, and work out exactly what is involved. Then I design it, price it up, and once you are happy I book it in. Most residential jobs I can have fitted and finished within a week or two of starting on site, depending on the scope. Lead times vary · call me and I will give you an honest picture of where the diary sits.
Do you cover my area?
I work across the West Midlands. Edgbaston, Solihull, Kings Heath, Bournville, and Warwick are all places I have already worked. If you are not sure whether your town is in range, call and ask. I will tell you straight.
I already have a design in mind. Can you just build it?
Absolutely. Some of my best work has come straight from the customer's head. You bring the idea, I work out how to build it properly. That is a perfectly good place to start.
Are you certified or accredited?
The portfolio is the credential. Every project on this site is a real job in a real West Midlands home · you can see the standard for yourself. If trade certifications matter for your project, get in touch and we can talk it through.
